Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscription
TallyMCP is billed as a recurring monthly subscription, charged in advance at the start of each billing period through Stripe.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Refunds
Because billing is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime, we generally do not provide refunds for the current or past billing periods, including for partial months of use. We will, however, review refund requests in good faith — if you were charged in error, were double-billed, or experienced a problem that prevented you from using the Service, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will work with you to make it right, which may include a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Free updates
Updates to the Service are included in your subscription at no additional cost while your subscription is active.
